“These are about the gosh darn sweetest people you could ever meet around here. I don't particularly care for Walmart as a corporation (I get it, it's my deal, but a company that has so much to do a lot more for the world....anyhoooooooooo) but I needed to get a pair of glasses on the quick a couple years ago and I got a pair of Walmarts. Needed to get another pair on the quick about 6 months ago and I did the same but these had a defect in the lenses. I normally would have been screwed up the wazoo but John the manager was able to find a valid warranty that I was able to invoke from the manufacturer. And he went above and beyond the Call of Duty to make sure that the voluminous somewhat absurd amount of paperwork involved ( do we call it paperwork anymore when it's all online? ?) in order to get me a replacement pair of lenses. They did everything but bring them to me in my bed with my breakfast. And they're just really sweet fun personable genuine authentic people and that's hard to find sometimes in a snooty patootie town like Eugene. ?“
