“I contacted Curt Saturday morning. We had two units in Newberg without water. City shut off the water because if a leak. Our emergency service called 15 other plumbers Friday afternoon and no one could come out, not even at double time. Curt said he would be there between 10-12 that day. He warned me he couldn’t guarantee he could repair the issue. He found the issue got, got the water working and all for $150! Thank you Curt. “WOW!!!!! This company is phenomenal! I got a call from my tenant at a rental property saying that the hot water heater was leaking and I called brass monkey and they actually answered the phone and were at the property assessing the situation within two hours. Because of my busy schedule, they even offered to communicate directly with my tenant to gain access, so that I didn’t have to be the go-between. In our initial conversation, I had just advised them to replace the gas water heater but when they got there, they told me that it was something that could be fixed instead of just replacing it at a much higher cost. I decided just to have them replace it regardless, so I wouldn’t have to deal with it later, but so appreciated their honesty. Because my tenants were going to be without hot water, they made me a priority, and had the new water heater up and running within 5 hours of my initial contact with them. This team, from Aaliyah in the office to Nathaniel and his guys in the field are beyond professional and I just cannot say enough good about my experience. Will absolutely be recommending them!!!!!“
