WOW!!!!! This company is phenomenal! I got a call from my tenant at a rental property saying that the hot water heater was leaking and I called brass monkey and they actually answered the phone and were at the property assessing the situation within two hours. Because of my busy schedule, they even offered to communicate directly with my tenant to gain access, so that I didn’t have to be the go-between. In our initial conversation, I had just advised them to replace the gas water heater but when they got there, they told me that it was something that could be fixed instead of just replacing it at a much higher cost. The owner and Elias came out to bid a job. Both were friendly and asked how I was doing in the middle of a stressful event. They kept their word to help diagnosis and bid my job. They discussed options with me and helped educate me on the process. They felt confident they could do the work and sent me all I needed to make a decision.

Had a leaking water heater and the same day they were able to fit me in and get everything replaced. They were in and out in no time at all. Super friendly, professional, and respectful of our home.
