Also more of a personable relationship with a smaller shop where the owner is present, available, and values customer service. My personal usage of them is minimal since I generally do most of my own work, however, as a contractor I have been referring/using them in regards to customers for about a decade. The subscription service is valuable, paying a year in advance for a yearly system checkup also gives customers emergency access for any problems that arise. We bought our house in Eugene 5 years ago and the previous owners had a Priority One subscription, which we have fortunately continued.“
