We needed a motor replaced in our ductless heat pump. The technicians were friendly and on time. There was a complication with the repair, however, April (office) and Matt (tech) went above and beyond to fix the problem. They've been taking care of my heat pump since 2003, with the exception of one year. That year I called someone else, who misdiagnosed my problem (icing) and said I needed a new heat pump because mine was too small for the house. They convinced me, but I couldn't afford a new heat pump. I called Pacific, who correctly diagnosed and fixed my heat pump. Twice they've squeezed me in for emergency problems, as they did yesterday. Customer service is amazing, and I feel I cant trust their work.

They were quick and efficient, literally had a quote on Thursday, and the ductless heat system was installed by Monday. Everyone one I came into contact with was both professional, but also personal. Special props go to the workman who installed my system. They had a run of bad luck a mile long, but were still very friendly and pleasant to be around. I actually enjoyed having them in the house. Even the follow up was fun. I would suggest Pacific Air Comfort to anyone.
