A Computer Hero

Our laptop wouldn't start up and we needed it for a meeting in a few days. Bob couldn't get to it that quickly but he told me a few things to try, and one of them worked! Very competent and kind service, highly recommended.

Really nice place with professional guy! I got a screw stuck on my laptop when I tried to install hard drive by myself. I have been to other stores in downtown. They told me that no-one can get that screw out, however , computer hero did it in half hour! I really appreciate. Wish this place can be known by more people!

I'm only in Oregon during the summer, so I had to search around for help when I drowned my Dell Laptop...lol. Had purchased a new one but desperately needed all my photo's etc. backed up and on my new purchase, if they were still salvageable. Bob, the owner, of "A Hero" did a great job and he is very reasonably priced. He was my Hero and he can be yours as well. Wonderful also in extenuating circumstances as I had. He also salvaged my old Dell which was a great plus.
