“I took my sweet frenchie Maximus here early Sunday morning, they were so sweet and kind and said he had a pain response in his hind legs which was actually good news with IVDD. Their neuro wasn't in so they referred us to a nearby clinic who talked doom and gloom From the very first doctor we saw. They said Max had no pain response, we explained that he had been given pain meds at VCA but they didn't want to hear it. The second clinic didn't MRI max for almost 12 hours then called to say there was nothing they could do. We lost him that night and are completely broken. I wish we could have stayed at VCA.“
