“I am so happy with this business. I've wanted a new kitchen sink for a long time but was discouraged by other plumbers who thought it would damage my old countertops which I can't afford to replace. I kind of like them anyway. It was no problem for Eagle. Darin brought some sinks to try and I ended up with the best looking sink I've ever had. He and his son did the same for my utility sink and fixed some other stuff and installed a new dishwasher. I am just overwhelmed with how nice, professional and helpful they are. Nothing was a problem, all was doable which is a big thing in an old house like mine. Great, great people. I'd recommend them to anyone.UPDATE Just had these great guys out again for a problem with some outdoor pipes. “15 Sep 23 - called this plumbing company because our toilet in our bedroom was making a lot of noise every time you flush it. They said they would send a plumber around noon to fix it. Sure enough the plumber called to tell us that he was on his way to our house and arrived on time. It did not take him long to replace the valve inside the toilet. Highly recommend this plumbing company because they are efficient and their prices are reasonable.“

“We live in an old (1905) house. The plumbing has all been updated, except for the sewer drain line. It became clogged with roots about 15 years ago which required clearing. Yesterday, Jan. 5, I recognized the symptoms of of an impending problem, called the previous drain service company which didn't answer their phone. I left a message with Rotorooter, who called back promptly and scheduled a visit yesterday afternoon, a Friday. Nick arrived at 2 pm, unloaded his equipment, and carefully tied back a rhododendron bush adjacent to the drain cleanout. He was obviously knowledgeable about a very old jointed cast iron drain line, patiently cleared all 50 feet of it after several attempts. I questioned him about his company's ability to replace the drain next time this happens, and he answered all my questions. I will ask them for a bid when making that decision.“
