“Purchased an HP Laptop that needed warranty work. The support was great, techs seemed knowledgeable, but I had to do without my laptop for about a month, by the time I shipped it to them in Oregon from Texas, and they tested / troubleshot before having to send it to HP, then back to New Dream for more testing to verify, and finally shipped from Oregon to Texas. The time without my laptop was the only issue. Oh, and that month without my laptop did not prorate the warranty which is about to expire. So, hopefully I won't need any further warranty work.....so far, so good since I've had it back.....no more blue screen errors.“
