Trusted Choice is one of those rare companies where I never feel like I have to compromise in any of these areas.I have worked with Brandon at Trusted Choice on a number of HVAC repairs/projects over the past few years. I manage two properties and have central air in my home so I frequently work with electricians, contractors, plumbers, and technicians. Brandon is professional, punctual, and thorough. He does excellent work at a fair price within the timeframe he quotes, and takes the time to explain the intricacies of the issue at hand, which is important for people like myself who want to understand the systems that power their properties.He helped me keep my older system running at my house up until it finally kicked the bucket and required a full replacement. When we talked through the issues, I already knew the longevity limitations of my old system and so when the news came that it was time to replace, it was not a shock and we were able to formulate a plan to remedy quickly.I will continue to call Trusted Choice for all future HVAC work because I know I will get prompt, professional, fairly priced service.“

“After getting several bids for a new heat pump/furnace system, I decided to go with Climate Control, and as a happy customer, I'm glad I did!
The main reason I chose Climate Control was because of Sal. He was very patient and kind as he explained the various options for me. He worked with my budget and my specific requirements to come up with the best options. I had a crazy amount of questions which Sal always answered with patience and clear, detailed explanations. He helped by being available as needed all the way up to when the project was complete.
The install people were awesome! Luis, Sergio, and Chris took great care in the installation of my system. They were friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Luis went the extra mile by troubleshooting/explaining things about the installation to me.

While there were a couple tricky installation hiccups, Roy came out and assessed/addressed my concerns. Luis and Sergio

“Purchased and have Supreme Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning to install Lennox Furnace and Air Conditioning units in November of 2023. Because it was winter and still cold, I wanted them to comeback when AC can be turned ON and check for any manufacturer's recommendation settings. “Jason came out today to complete my repair and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I called in on tuesday and made an appt for next tuesday (soonest available in a heat wave!) but the office assured me they would keep me on a cancellation list if something opened sooner. Got a call yesterday that they could come friday (woohoo!!!) and then today, they called again and said Jason could come today! Of course i said yes (my house is 85 degrees DOWNSTAIRS!!) so of course I was excited and said heck yah! Within an hour my issue was fixed and Jason didnt try to talk me into things i didnt need.
