Best repair experience ever! Finally someone who didn’t jack up the price of the parts & actually let me purchase them myself online! However bc his professional supplier delivered quicker (& same price), we went with his after all but at least I knew Wayne (& Shawn) were being straight with me. Also, since this was the 3rd bid I got, after I fell for a franchise coming to my house for a cheap diagnosis but then the most expensive bid, I know it was the most reasonable, & their work impeccable!
