“So I got my 2 bids with Sky being the 3rd I was going to cancel their bid as I knew I wasn’t going to pick a big company to do the work for me. At last second I decided to let them give me a bid and to my surprise they got the job. The salesman Steve was amazing and I don’t like sales people. First people in were the installers. Jake was excellent and fun to work with. Enrique was quieter but pleasant and a hard worker. Then the electricians were in. While I don’t remember their names they were fast and efficient. Then Parker came in to get the system operational. Just another amazing employee for Sky.
Moving on to 4 stars…
Sky made their sale and disappeared. I had to call to set up a mechanical inspection with Sky as I thought they would have done that for me as soon as the work was done. I have yet to receive any paperwork for energy saving tax credits to file with my taxes in January.
That being said, I have an amazing new super expensive system that works great.

“Our HVAC went out this last week during 100 degree weather. I called this past Friday morning and spoke to Kurt and informed him of the issues I was having with my unit. While on the phone, he immediately had me trouble shooting some things, and when that didn't work he mentioned how he would try to make it out later that day to take a look. Kurt was able to make it in the early afternoon (same day) and replaced a broken piece, but then also confirmed that he would come back the next day (Saturday) to to discuss my options, since the unit was 14 years old and needed coolant (R22), which is no longer available as the US Government had banned it many years ago. Kurt showed up the next day (and on time) for our 9:30am meeting. We did a walk through with the AC unit discussing all of the "ins and outs" surrounding the problems with my unit. (I already had an idea that I would probably need to replace the unit - after all it was 14 years old and was practically on 24/7. And...the R22 coolant was an issue). We scheduled to have the unit replaced two days later on Monday 8/1/2022 (today). Kurt and his team showed up on time at 9:30am, replaced the unit, cleaned everything up...hauled it out, and left at 1:30pm...and I couldn't be happier with their work!! Kurt is EXTREMELY helpful, kind and informative as he goes out of his way to make sure you're happy and comfortable - I just can't say enough good things about him and his team! P.S. I used another AC company about six months ago and there's a SIGNIFICANT night and day difference in customer service, information, performance, quality of work, and customer care. This is the ONLY company I would recommend - I am so happy!! Thank you Kurt - you're the best...it's only been 30 minutes since you left and I already miss you guys! (Lol) Thank you again for everything!!“

“My heater stopped working again, after a year. Previously, I called Roth; they got it working, but I had to wait an extra day in the cold and it cost hundreds of dollars. I knew there had to be a better solution, so I looked for a company without a website and found Hanson Heating.I called and he was at my house within 15 minutes! He was very quick to diagnose the issue and had it fixed in 10 minutes, PLUS he showed me how to fix it myself in the future. He barely charged me anything for his time, so it's safe to say their prices are extremely reasonable, VERY inexpensive. I called him at 6 pm on Saturday evening and he answered and told me how to bypass the pump and keep our AC working in this heat wave. He always puts his customers needs first and responds to every call. I've never seen any of his competitors perform as well as he does. He's honest and trustworthy and very capable!“

“I have had the good fortune and privilege of finding Frank to help me with all my heating and cooling needs. Frank has been my "go to guy" for the past 7 years for my properties. He and his team are really great guys who are incredibly talented and get the job done right for a more than fair price. Frank works by word of mouth recommendations and I have been recommending him to my friends and families and he has taken care of them and their HVAC needs. Over the years I have had Frank install gas furnaces and AC units in my home, my Mom's house and with old fashioned honestly and pride on his part. Most recently, I had Frank replace my 18 year old AC with a heat pump and it came out great. He installed a SEER 16, 3 Ton Goodman Heat Pump and I asked him to install a Honeywell Redlink Thermostat control unit to control our now hybrid heat pump and gas furnace system. All done in a day! “I'm a Layman when it comes to anything HVAC and my AC inexplicably went out in the dead of the summer. These guys came out the same day I called to take a look. Within 2 minutes of looking at the unit Cody had diagnosed the problem (shot compressor) and within 10 minutes he had a new one installed. He stuck around to do thorough testing once it was up and running and then spent time giving me ideas and advice on issues I've been having heating my house while we waited to make sure the AC wouldn't kick out right away again. “First time using this company and they did a great job they gave us a start and a finish date in moving and replacing our heating and hot water systems to the garage with a new A/C unit outside. Showed up on time, worked all day and finished when promised. Cleaned up all debris without being asked and was easy to communicate with. Tyson the owner was very creative in resolving our challenge and the final project turned out better than we imagined. I included a picture that shows how precise his work is with all the lines and pipes following the contour of the equipment allowing to take up the least amount of space.
