Sadly, I am having to write a new review and revoke my earlier review from 2015-2016. Five years and three weeks after they installed my AC unit, it failed, due to a faulty coil (that could only handle so many pounds of pressure that had been increased (by two times) to comply with industry standards, but without fortifying the coil); this added stress in the system, causing multiple ruptures--that leaked ALL the coolant. So basically I now have a $5K fan. I have had the good fortune and privilege of finding Frank to help me with all my heating and cooling needs. Frank has been my "go to guy" for the past 7 years for my properties. He and his team are really great guys who are incredibly talented and get the job done right for a more than fair price. Frank works by word of mouth recommendations and I have been recommending him to my friends and families and he has taken care of them and their HVAC needs. Over the years I have had Frank install gas furnaces and AC units in my home, my Mom's house and with old fashioned honestly and pride on his part.
