I saw Dr Lilly (male) approximately 6 weeks ago because I wanted to get my shoulder feeling better by summer. I had my MRI 4 weeks ago and I cannot get the results. He won't call them to me. His medical assistant explained that I have to make another appointment and pay another $400 to get my results. I asked...what if the results are negative? I am a physician so I asked if she could just please give me my MRI results. She wasn't helpful and transferred me to the medical records office. their recording says I need to wait 7-10 days and fill out paperwork. All this just because I want my MRI result.
