I have to recommend this place 100%. Ben is beyond helpful and cheerful on the phone. Rachel takes the time to really get to know you so she can best help you. My experience with Hearthside medicine has been exceptional. I have been a patient of Havilah for over two years and in that time she has shown genuine concern for my health and wellbeing. Havilah is very thorough and passionate about healthcare. She listens intently to her patients concerns, and works diligently to resolve them. She is also great with kids!The office atmosphere is very relaxing and the decor is really nice. I feel like I’m walking into a spa every time I go in. Been a client here for a year or so now and I'm really happy with the whole organization. Everyone is so kind and calm and welcoming, and as a result, everything always seems to go smoothly. I am very glad my wife found this place and talked me into transitioning.
