We met with a couple different contractors from here in Bend, OR about our master bathroom and walk in closet remodel as it was quite extensive. Ultimately, we selected George and Woodworx to do it based on the bidding process. George was very thoughtful in addressing potential issues and concerns that might come up during construction which ultimately saved us thousands of dollars. George and his knowledge, care, and punctuality made it an easy selection. Their pricing was right in the middle of other estimates we got but again they were the only ones to address some of their concerns with us that ultimately saved thousands. If we wouldn't haven't selected Woodworx, it would have cost multiple thousands to address the items in construction.
Also George is very good looking and is in great shape.

Sarah did a weave to assist me in getting my hair color to grow out to its new color of grey. She did an amazing job and is really a color expert. She moved her business from Oregon to Sandpoint and has established herself as one of best in the downtown area. She charges a flat fee and does not accept tips, which I found to be really refreshing. Today we did a small adjustment in the color of the bangs as the color changes are a work in progress and they look amazing (she did not charge me for the adjustment although I would have been happy to pay her). I highly recommend her work.

The first week, I received compliments like crazy, and they were not about the lashes, although, really they were as that was the only thing that changed. The quality and service that I received from Denise is over and above expectations. She knows her field of expertise and really truly enjoys her profession. In regards to lashes she knows how to keep them from falling out. She suggested so many ways to extend duration of the lashes and what I could do at home. She is truly one of the best lash ladies in my book.

I was looking for a permanent makeup as well as brow microblading and came upon Kelly at Carey Ink (soon to be under Kelly Ink in Tumalo) I was more than pleased with Kelly's integrity (told me my brows didn't need to be done yet and my eyeliner would look better just as lash enhancements; and she was right!), professionalism, and sweet, kind energy. Kelly did some exfoliating before putting on the numbing cream which made a huge difference in the pain levels I've experienced before. Kelly also doesn't force one to get expensive touch ups after 6 months or a year or end up paying start over prices again!! If you don't need the touch up, why get dinged?! I look forward to getting my brows done when they truly need it, and have no issue at all driving a few minutes extra to Tumalo. Heck, the parking there should be easier than downtown Bend!!

I have been going to Trynnity for lash extensions for maybe about a year, and she always does an amazing job! We’ve done classic, hybrid and volume for events, and she nails it every time! Not only do my lashes always look perfect, but Trynnity is so knowledgeable, I’ve learned so much from her about the process. I love Bend Eyelash Extensions! Mel does such a great job. She is meticulous and I always love how amazing and natural my eyelashes look after. She is not the super bubbly talkative personality (which thank goodness not everyone has to be), but she is always nice, professional, takes her craft seriously and doesn’t waste time. This is my kinda vibe and is why I would recommend her to anyone. People always ask me if my lashes are real! To me this is such a high compliment of her skills as I want a more natural look, but still want my eyes to pop!

My wife and I recently had a great experience at Mum’s. We had been talking about getting matching tattoos for years but when we met our artist, Ash, we knew we were ready. Ash provided the creativity, enthusiasm and inspiration we were looking for. They took our ideas and turned them into something better than we expected. The custom service is always great, and they notified us immediately when they noticed a surge in our water usage, which tipped us off to a broken pipe. I can't say enough good things about these guys. We have had ReNew out twice in the last couple of months to address some plumbing issues in our home. They were very responsive, professional, and were great at talking through the options with us to ensure that we knew exactly what was our best choice (even if it had meant not doing the work we originally intended for them to do). My husband and I recently purchased our very first property that we are hoping to build our home on. We also purchased a new 31ft fifth wheel and have been looking forward to moving into it. Unfortunately after buying the property we have discovered that although we have electricity on site it is not wired for what we need. I panicked and began calling electricians. After some unfortunate run-ins with other companies who told me "they could not get to me until the middle of the next month," I lucked out when I called Quality Builders Electric. Harry returned my call the very next day to schedule me for the very next week. He even apologized for not being able to get to it sooner. He was very warm and very understanding of how dire our situation was. He even giggled when I told him I fried a circuit trying to use the blow dryer and then countered with a personal story of his own to make me not feel so bad. Terrific Customer Service!! He even told me he would try to make it down to our property later that day (a Friday) before he left for vacation to give me an estimate... FOR FREE!!! It just so happened that he had another electrician Kevin who was in my neck of the woods and told me he would be there by noon. Wow!!! Kevin was terrific as well. He fixed my circuit so that my husband and I had electricity until they could come out and install the 30 amp plug that we need. Hands down Harry and Kevin are amazing and I can only imagine that the rest of their coworkers are equally as astonishing. THANK YOU Quality Builders Electric Inc. Lost power to our irrigation pump. Our irrigation contractor (Aspen Landscape) and Bend Electric worked together to replace a failed underground power cable. Bend Electric also upgraded the circuit to code (maybe the reason for the failure of a 20 year old 200 foot cable) and added an electric vehicle charging station. Can't say enough positive things about their guys. Shaun and his two electricians (Ben and Colton) blew me away with their professionalism, quality and speed of their work. There is no question that we will call them for service next time we need help.

Chem-Dry of Bend is a miracle! We needed two bedroom carpets cleaned upon moving out as per our lease agreement and called several other companies who all reported insanely high minimums despite the bedrooms being small, low-traffic, and in a non-smoking and non-pet owning household. (That's how simple the clean was - that we fell under the "minimum" pricing but it was still hundreds of dollars!) Imagine the relief to have finally found a company who provided impeccable work for a realistic price! Brandy was a complete angel getting our appointment set up over the phone. She was sympathetic to our situation and answered all of our many questions - booking the appointment was quick and painless. We were provided options for services and for appointment times, we received a discount, and she even called the day before to confirm our service! Jared and Avery were our technicians - they showed up five minutes early and were incredible. They were personable, respectful of our space, and insanely efficient. The carpets smell/look better than they did when we moved in! We are beyond grateful to have found Chem-Dry and will continue to work with them into the future.

We just had our 3-car garage floor done by Ultimate Garage Floors and could not be happier! It was wonderful to meet Nancy & Greg early in the process to get a bid, and to read the details of how they prepare and epoxy our concrete garage floor. They customized the colors to match our house colors, too. We plan to call them up again for help customizing shelving units to meet our needs (read: "store our crap") and perhaps suspend our kayaks and bikes on a pulley system. They do it ALL when it comes to garages!!

Great results! I will use RMC again. My work forced me out of town during the remodel. Luckily Ryan is a great communicator; we spoke by phone, text and email frequently. The work was done by the time we agreed upon. Ryan had some great suggestions to solve some problem areas and our new floor looks fantastic! We had a dozen other smaller projects done, too and these turned out great.

We worked with Montgomery and the team to create a new stairwell connecting our main living floor to our finished basement. While the project took a little longer than expected (for legitimate reasons), we have been ecstatic with the results. Even though surprises came up, they stuck to their original quote and found a way to get the job done. Adam was the main carpenter on the project and did phenomenal work. Since we were living in the house while the work was being done, Adam was a pleasure to have around -- he's an amazing carpenter, but an even better person. And Mickey managed the project and went above and beyond at every step of the way. We cannot recommend them strongly enough!

This was my first visit to PureCare Dental and they wowed me, which is not easily done. Anthony took me back for my new patient images and was fun, through, and very personable. Dr. White was through, kind, and informative. There is no pressure to get cosmetic work done. They focus on prioritizing you oral health. If you have cosmetic work you're interested in they will discuss your options and keep you financial health in mind. I was expecting not to get in for a cleaning for at least 6 months... They found a spot for me one week later and were able to get my husband's cleaning scheduled for the same day as his new patient exam due to a cancellation. Overall a wonderful experience!

First time here. Staff was all super friendly and helpful. It is going to be a journey with all I need corrected, but I am confident in the Chiropractic experts here.
I have been to Dr. Plasker for 2 separate issues years apart and in both instances I found immediate results within 24 hours after my first treatment. This after weeks/months of suffering and countless other medical practices. I highly recommend him! He is thorough, respectful and caring in his approach. Dr. Plasker believes in treating the underlying problem, not the symptoms which is what brings lasting relief.
Doctor Patrick is an Expert in the art of healing his patients and his staff is awesome.

Love this place! Dr Todd is great at treating my back issues in a timely manner and doesn’t encourage me to sign up for multiple trips. He truly has our best recovery in mind and always encourages walking and icing in between. So glad I was referred to Dr Todd. His wife Chris is great too as is Luanne! Nothing fancy but gets my back in working order.
I found Dr.Goyke in serendipitous way during my summer stay in Oregon. And I’m so glad everything aligned, and I was able to book treatments. I trust my intuition on this.
First off, Dr.Jessica is a lovely soul creating a safe space for trust and communication to lean into the treatment and experience. Assisting in accessing some of my blocked off energy stored in tensions and emotions my body carries, I have released something that was time to let go. I don’t have to understand what, how or why, I just know something shifted. It was an emotional and cleansing process, and Dr.Jessica was amazing guiding through it all and communicating knowledge for understanding the nervous system. I was fortunate to have time to rest and sit with awareness letting my body do its thing, and I would recommend to set some time aside after treatmenst to bring awareness into it all. I feel more internally more balanced and less reactive/hypersensitive, lighter in my spirit and a kind of emotional and mental expanded capacity to take on the busy everyday. It’s hard to describe, it’s a sensation of feeling safer and more secure when showing up in the world. I’m convinced a gentle approach and understanding the nervous system without retraumatizing is important for the future of health and healing. I feel fortunate to experience this approach to holistic work, body and mind.
I would recommend from the depth of my heart, and will come back when I return for another visit to Bend.

I’ve been struggling with a form of neuropathy that has resulted in my getting little to no sleep for the last 2 years. My new NP referred me to Dr. Lieberknech and I began working with him 3 weeks ago. After having a detailed conversation, he did some research and came up with a plan for me. Without changing anything I was previously doing and just adding his suggested treatments, I am now getting 7-9 hours of sleep almost every night. This is lifechanging for me. My end goal is to get off the nasty prescription drugs and I’m confident we can get there but for now, I am excited to get my life back on track. For the first time in my life, I feel like I’ve found someone who actually listens to me as a whole person and treats me as such.
I would highly recommend Erich to anyone. He works with each patient individually and will tailor a program to your needs and make adjustments as necessary as you progress. If you’re in doubt…. Just go see him. You won’t regret it!!
I recently visited Dr. Pope for shock wave therapy to treat my elbow tendinitis which I got from playing fetch with the chuck. I had been struggling with this condition for quite some time, and after 3 sessions with Dr. Polk, my pain was completely gone. I was able to return to the gym without any discomfort. The treatment was uncomfortable at certain spots specially during the first session but nothing I could not take.
Called about severe neck and back pain. They were able to get me in with in a few hours. The Dr and staff was awesome and I left feeling way better than when I walked in. I'll definitely be back!

Dr Bishop was friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions. She took a deep look at my skin and even recommended a prescription for my toe nail fungus. She didn't pressure me to buy products, and provided a great 1-page Skin Wellness sheet that included diet, ingredients to avoid, recommended supplements, and a simple skin care routine. Dr Bishop is a great doctor with empathy for her patients!

I am writing to thank the Urgent Care Clinic at the Veterinary Referral Center of Central Oregon for the outstanding care they gave to my 17-year-old cat Opus.
Opus has several age-related issues, including hyperthyroidism and hypertension (high blood pressure), so when I saw a swelling on the right side of his face while I was on vacation in Central Oregon, I contacted my home veterinarians and asked if they thought he should receive urgent care...and they said “yes!”
I had heard great things about the Urgent Care Clinic at VRC, so I took Opus to their west side office, where I was immediately and graciously greeted in their lovely waiting room...which offered snacks and beverages, in case the waiting time was extended!
The waiting time actually quite brief, and Opus was quickly and expertly evaluated by Dr. Rosemary Traylor, whose thorough diagnostic process considered his pre-existing conditions and his advanced age. In the end, Dr. Traylor suspected a tooth abscess, and her lab tests confirmed that diagnosis. She was able to extract some of the accumulated infection and reduce the swelling, and upon her direction, her technician Nicki immediately administered Opus’ first dose of antibiotics and pain relievers.
Both Dr. Traylor and Nicki handled Opus with the gentle and expert care that an elderly and infirm cat needs in order to successfully recover from a menacing infection, and within 24 hours, his condition had improved remarkably. In addition, I received a call the next day from Paige at the clinic, inquiring about Opus’ condition, and assuring me that their records of our visit would be forwarded to my home veterinarians and also to the veterinary dentist in our community.
I feel that the VRC Urgent Care Clinic provided the absolute best care that I could have obtained for my beloved Opus, and all for a very reasonable price. I give the VRC Urgent Care Clinic my highest recommendation!
We love the separate area for cats and the calming blanket? Dr. Jaime is wonderful and our kitty loves her too!

I find Dr Rex to be a wonderful caring vet. He tells you direct what is wrong with your pet and the alternatives to help them. They are fairly priced for their care. I will recommend them to anyon.

Brookswood got us in for a drop-off appointment last week, even though their schedule was full. They were able to see our dog inbetween regularly scheduled appointments and diagnose what was going on with her. Brookswood continues to be caring, attentive, and friendly, and provides good care to our pets.

Wonderful staff, attention to detail, and my normally fearful dog loves coming to her accupuncture appointments.
I started taking my dogs for grooming because my rescue Great Pyrenees hates me touching her, brushing her or attending to her fur. She is scared of most things outside her little home world. Jessie came recommended as someone who could handle her panic and fear. And heck yes, she is amazing! My other dogs started going along with her because everyone likes to feel special! They always come home happy and fluffy and smelling so very good! I am grateful for her support of my pac! You never see my dogs in her social photos, because almost every one looks about like this! ?
Megan at Dirty Dog Grooming did a great job bathing my two dirty mini-bernedoodles while we were visiting family in Bend. She was very busy, but was able to call back and fit them in for us. We are grateful for her followup. She did a beautiful job and even removed the pitch/sap from their paws, which was something I did not know about until she told me. (We do not have much sap in San Diego area.) I highly recommend Megan and Dirty Dog Grooming.

I have been taking Pilates faithfully for 20 years, and, at 75, I attribute it to my continued strength, fitness and well-being. When I moved to Bend 7 years ago, I tried a couple of studios that did not meet my high standards. Then I found Move Pilates Bend and have taken classes there twice a week ever since. It’s a lovely small studio with great equipment and excellent teachers. The classes are small, no more than five in a class, so we all receive lots of personal attention to ensure our safety and maximize physical benefits. I wouldn’t take Pilates anywhere else.
I am so happy that I found Club Pilates Bend! Excellent instructors who vary workouts to keep it fresh, a warm & welcoming environment, encouragement to “level up,” and a community that is always creating ways to connect outside the studio. My first time doing pilates was great with Debby. I was in a small group with 4 other women. Debby explained every stretch and exercise clearly and without judgement. I enjoyed the class and will defintely go back.

I have been getting massages from Cascade Massage Therapy for a couple of years now. The therapists have all been great and I've always received an excellent massage. I highly recommend them. I highly recommend DeJohn Bodywork for any issues with your tissues. Mark has been tremendously helpful to my partner who was suffering from chronic hip pain and sciatica and has been greatly supportive in helping me resolve chronic neck pain. His expertise in massage and active release therapy in conjunction with laser therapy has been extraordinarily helpful in reducing pain and inflammation. On top of being a knowledgable and skilled therapist, Mark is an incredibly kind and caring human.

This was my second time in, and like most the other reviews, they just get down to business! Both times were good, this one was the better massage, good enough for me to get on and give a review. I did not find it was too hard at all (as some of the other reviews said) and I asked for a hard when they asked if I wanted soft/medium/hard. Very kind and fun people. Will be back.

New to Central Oregon I searched the internet for an acupuncturist in the area with great reviews. Seeing all the positive comments about Deschutes Acupuncture I decided to schedule an appointment.
I had my consultation and first treatment with Dr Ford today. The Dr fully accessed my problem and gave me her diagnosis then proceeded to treat it. All along she explained everything in detail what was taking place in my body and how she was treating it.
Having had acupuncture before I know it takes a few visits to feel the full results. I can say after one visit I am feeling some relief already. I’m looking forward to my next appointment and feeling more improvement.

I've had the privilege of getting to work with Emden for my second pregnancy. She has helped me with everything from severe nausea to back and hip pain. She always knows just what to do to help alleviate whatever symptoms I show up with and I leave feeling seen, cared about, and physically feel a million times better. I had the unfortunate experience of injuring my back while preparing to move out of state last summer. I was in absolute agony and had never used acupuncture before, but Patrick was highly recommended by a friend and I needed some help desperately. Patrick was so caring and kind, and I was in complete amazement at how much the treatment helped reduce my pain following my treatment. I was able to see Patrick a few more times before moving, and would ABSOLUTELY recommend him to anyone looking for acupuncture treatment.
