I've been to Bodyworks a few times, always leave feeling better then when I arrived! Gretchen is very attentive and intuitive, listens to how the body responds and focuses on the areas that need the most work. Better than a typical massage, it truly is bodywork, I highly recommend getting treatment from Gretchen!

I came to Gretchen just hoping for a relaxing experience but got so much more than that! She was able to locate spots that needed extra attention and even got into a muscle that not even my physical therapist could. It provided so much relief which I'm infinitely thankful for! Will definitely be back when it acts up again. Thank you Gretchen!!

Gretchen does a superb job in getting to the really sore and stiff spots to relieve the discomfort. She is a consummate professional and I feel fortunate to have found her when my long time massage therapist retired.

Blue Lotus Bodyworks was created to help "grease the wheels" of the body, smooth out the "knots", and help soothe tired sore muscles. We live in a fast paced, stress-filled, confusing world and our bodies take it all in. We tend to hold onto lots of things that aren't good for us (toxins, stress, emotional blockage, etc) and I have created an in-home stress free zone with my practice to help release the blockage in your body, rejuvenate your spirit, and bring balance back into your life.
