Dr Marc Rothgery was the first doctor I’ve had at any Keizer facility to actually treat me the way I’d expect and hope a doctor to treat me. I never felt rushed or like I didn’t matter as compared to any other time I’ve gone to emergency/urgent care. I would give him 10/10 stars, he talked to me with respect and gave me actual real life care advice not just some print out bs that makes no sense. Many many thanks and appreciation to him and his team for the wonderful care they provide!
Except for the long wait, all went very well. Dr. Katz was very professional. I appreciated that he had taken the time to review my medical history before entering the exam room...yes this was the urgent care center so I'm assuming the Kaiser electronic medical record made this possible. I liked the way he made sure I was okay with the plan.
Urgent care was very Busy on a Sunday the day I happen to go, I checked in and weighed 30 minutes to get my vitals and the reason my visit for my visit and the nurse saw went ahead and sent me to the lab and told me that it’ll be a three or four hour wait so to go home and then come back and that’s what I did after coming back. I checked in and waited another hour and a half and then the doctor Check called me back in and and we talked about the situation and I asked her I wanna get an x-ray cause I wasn’t quite sure what was happening and I wanna make sure I don’t have a pneumonia so a doctor like OK then then she said I’ll I’ll.
