My experience was great. Lee-Ann was very patient and she answered every question I had. She explained to me the possible reason for the problem I have with my glasses. She also helped me pick a new frame for my new prescription. I really appreciate her excellent service.

The anti reflective coating on the new glasses I got was definitively defective. I had come to different Kaiser optical stations and was always blown off with “that can’t be” or “you must not understand what it does”. I am an engineer and I understand it well. I have never had a problem before.Marichu at Beaverton spent a lot of time listening and exploring options and even bothered to look at ceiling lights thru them and saw the problem. It was lucky they weren’t too busy and so it did not impact other customers.Whether or not our solution works, Marichu did a great job of customer service and should be commended.

Marichu dpent time explaining costs & benefits, pros & cons, without being pushy. Was proactive in finding what I wanted that was not on display. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable.
