“I rented from ActivSpace Raleigh for 2 years and it was a pleasant experience. I love that you’re given a blank slate room to make whatever you please out of it. The building is locked which made me feel secure, especially being a woman and being there alone and at night. They were quick to do little things around the building when needed. But overall I didn’t have any issues renting from them. At the end of my rental agreement I brought the room back to how it was when I got it and they gave me back my whole deposit. I would highly recommend activspace if you are looking for an affordable place to run your business or have an office space.“

From move-in to 6 months in, Kristi has always been a phone call or text away from finding solutions to any size of inconvenience. Whether it’s getting contacts for quality WiFi/Utilities agencies or having drains unclogged/vendors contacted for quick fixes, I’ve never waited longer than a week before everything has found its solve. While most agencies thrive on customer service, it’s not uncommon to get put on the back burner do to the sheer amount of tenants.
