Can’t say enough great things about Krista. Long story short, was living in Miami, so much going on, met Krista online and had a good vibe, had her write an offer on a house before we met and before I even saw the home. Life was crazy. Offer was accepted so I flew to Oregon to accept the counter. I had started looking at homes intermittently over a year ago. Laura Woodcock reached out to me directly, as I was showing interest in a couple of her listings at the time.
