“We worked with The Remodel Group (TRG) on the addition of a primary suite (bedroom, bathroom, closet). The project was about 400 sqft in total and expanded our home from a 2/1 to a 3/2. Our experience with TRG was great! From the initial consultations, to the renderings, to breaking ground the TRG team was clear on next steps and what they needed from us. They were transparent on pricing and talked us through options to fit our budget without pushing us. Once we broke ground it was a whirlwind of activity but it didn't feel overwhelming because TRG was great at communication. Their timelines were pretty spot on so we knew what to expect and when and if we had any questions the project manager was just a phone call away. The final addition is amazing! Everything looks and feels so good and we are so glad we did it. People don't believe that we got this done on time and on budget and with no hassles but TRG made it happen. “I hired Rose City Contractors to do an emergency asbestos abatement in my kitchen after asbestos flooring was exposed underneath plywood (and several layers above it that had previously tested clear). These guys were so well vouched for that another team of contractors who couldn't make this happen on such short notice actually called Jeff at Rose City to help me out. I had previously been quoted by other companies almost double the price that Jeff offered - it was an emergency and he found a way to pull some employees over DAY OF which no doubt took some string pulling. The team were professional, reassuring and efficient. They hired a third party (Atlas Labs) to test the air quality afterward for my peace of mind. So so appreciate this team.“

“I want to start first by saying that I really do appreciate both Josh and his crew members. Our overall work relationship had some rocky moments, but the overall experience can be deemed positive. When working with Vera, do make sure everything you’re expecting to be completed is written up in the final signed contract (despite any verbal agreements.) Also, please anticipate that the construction site will not be 100% cleaned up both during construction and at the end. The aforementioned statement is not meant to reflect poorly on Vera, but just to help set personal expectations for anyone who may work with them in the future.“

“We hired Guffey Construction (Chris Guffey) to remodel both of our bathrooms. They did an absolutely beautiful job. Their attention to details and offering solutions to issues as things arose, eliminated the stress often associated with home projects. Chris made sure each evening we had a functioning bathroom during the entire project. The project was on time and on budget. They were very easy to communicate with and it was a real pleasure to have them in our home. We were so pleased with the work on the bathrooms we asked Chris to come back and install luxury vinyl plank in the entire house. “My husband and I lost our home to the Santiam Canyon fire. After meeting all the builders we decided to build with Shari Meckelburg at Reality Homes. Not once was she negative about other builders, she actually shared positive things about like builders. She has been caring, truthful and painfully honest with us about the building process from the beginning, we have never done this before and nervous. She was able to help us with the list of home owner duties including destroyed septic, our now well issues , referral to a painter & deck builder Antony. Due to our schedules she has made herself available to us on Sunday's we felt bad to ask her to accommodate, but she did for us and our neighbors that too lost their homes. Reality is building our new home and 3 of our neighbors homes. Shari has much knowledge in her industry and my husband agrees. She was able to help locate our lost dog and donated to us a dog crate. We have enjoyed working with Reality Homes and look forward to our new home. We feel prepared and acknowledge building our new home will be a challenging adventure in these challenging times we live today.God Bless“

“I highly recommend prograss for lawn and tree and shrub treatments. They also prune Japanese maples better than anybody I’ve ever seen prune maples. They are a good company been around for a long time and our own local nursery men embedded in the community. They offer a variety of other services as well, such as weekly maintenance and any landscape construction needs.

“I had Full House work on a couple projects for us in our home and they have been fantastic. They are efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs you may have.“

“Chris Reutov, Jack Burkoff and Rene Cervantes are currently leading a renovation project in our condo complex, Southshore. Our unit, which is on the first floor, incurred an internal leak caused by an error made by a third party construction crew renovating the unit directly above us. The work being done above us is completely unrelated to I&E's renovation project. The crew working above us broke a water pipe, causing water to pour through the vents and light fixtures in two of our rooms. My husband, Jeff, happened to be in a zoom meeting with Chris and Jack at the time. Jack dropped everything while Chris took over the meeting. Jack and Rene came right over to the unit above, and immediately worked to stop the water flow, and worked to direct clean up. The crew working upstairs had no idea of what to do in this emergency situation, so Jack and Rene took charge. They provided dehumidifiers and blowers, and came to our unit to help with clean up. They offered dehumidifiers and blowers to us as well. Many thanks to Jack, Rene and Chris for going above and beyond to help us, in an emergency situation that was unrelated to their work here.Jeff and Debbie Hotter“
