Dr. Khaled examined my dog Billy and saved his life. He researched holistic and medical methods to help my dog and sees him twice a week. He is one of the most caring people I know and if it weren't for him we would have lost Billy at 13 years of age... he is now turning 16 in 2 months. Thank you so much Dr. Khaled.“

She is prompt with communication, giving updates on how our cat was doing while we were away and even sending on photos/videos. “I placed an order for delivery online only for it to be stolen. It was very frustrating. But every single person from PetSmart that helped me made everything so much easier to handle. They called Doordash and handled the refund.Later in the evening (May 3, 2024) the manager (didn't get her name but super lovely) helped me get my refund. She was super helpful and did everything possible to make my experience as easy as possible. I very much appreciate her (wish I had her name to give her a shout out). “I Love going to this location. This store is much bigger than the one I go to more frequently because of convenience. This location has much bigger selection of Fresh Pet and even new products that is not available at my location. Huge selection of toys, snacks and a variety of other items. The staff is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable. Just outstanding customer service. When I was checking out there was a lady ahead of me with a lot of items. The cashier was just finishing with a client ahead of her. So a young lady opened another check out line and called me. I was very pleased by this. I did not have to wait for 10 minutes extra to leave the store. That was very nice of her. Thank you. I most definitely recommend this location. The outside of the strip mall is under construction at the moment. It's a bit difficult to find if it's your first time going there. But they do have smaller signs. You really have to scan the strip mall for it to locate them, but they are there and they are open!!! Thank you very much . I will be back many many more times. Thank you“
