I Love going to this location. This store is much bigger than the one I go to more frequently because of convenience. This location has much bigger selection of Fresh Pet and even new products that is not available at my location. Huge selection of toys, snacks and a variety of other items. The staff is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable. Just outstanding customer service. When I was checking out there was a lady ahead of me with a lot of items. The cashier was just finishing with a client ahead of her. So a young lady opened another check out line and called me. I was very pleased by this. Good selection, friendly staff. Sometimes their advice isn't exactly the best, but it's important to remember that every pet is different and no one can predict how a given animal will react.

Large location and well kept. The missing star isn’t for this location it’s for the brand. They give a guarantee on fishes but you can’t exchange a deceased fish to any location but the one you bought it from. We got it from Orangeville and don’t even live up there just because we were around. Now that we want to return the store basically says you need to go all the way back there to replace a $5 fish. Just going to buy a new one without making a fuss. It’s not good practice though.
