Unfortunately my laptop was not really worh fixing so, I ended up buying a new one. Bhavu was fantastic; I'm not a very computer savvy guy, and Bhavu was very patient with me, and very helpful. Not only did she give me a deal, but she explained to me what I had to do and not do to operate this laptop.
