We recently visited this location and always have a fantastic customer service experience. Ron greeted us warmly and was incredibly helpful throughout our entire shopping journey. He is very knowledgeable about products, answered all our questions with patience, and even offered personalized recommendations based on our needs. Additionally, the checkout process was efficient, and he made sure we were satisfied with our purchase before we left. Overall, we were highly impressed with the level of customer service we received at this location and will definitely be returned in the future.

I visited this location for the first time last week and let me tell you I have 0 knowledge on anything tech related. When I walked in I was definitely not impressed. No one greeted me (greeter was texting on their phone, there were no employees in sight, and the first two employees (who seemed to have been having a private conversation) acted as if I was inconveniencing them which deterred me from wanted to speak to them. Basically went in here with my mom to upgrade her phone. Went all over the city of Hamilton until we came across this best buy which had the device she was looking for. Eric from mobile ended up helping us get everything setup. Let me tell you, this guy was the most attentive, genuine person I've ever met. He was very accommodating, genuinely nice (which is rare these days it seems like), was patient and very caring. Made a huge difference as these experiences are far and few in-between.
