I'd rate them 10 stars if I could these guys are meticulous, super responsive, extremely professional and so good at what they do. We had never done any renos before and were nervous about horror stories we had heard about from our friends who had done projects with other contractors in the past. Yan and his team made this whole process as easy as possible and communicated with us at every step, and never applied pressure to go over our budget. Capable Group just completed a full renovation of my large basement (over 1100 sq. ft.), and I couldn’t be happier. The entire project was done professionally and completed on time, exactly as agreed. Every member of the team was licensed and highly skilled—including the plumber, electrician, drywaller, and flooring specialist. The materials used were all top quality, and the workmanship was excellent throughout.

Capable Group finished my basement and the entire experience has been better than I expected, the workmanship, quality, timing, everything from the start to the end.
