Hello, it is absolutely disgusting the amount of time and messages I have had to send to have a door handle replaced that was installed under a year and handled very little. Your product is terrible and your customer service is even worse! I cannot believe the amount of money spent with your company and the referral from a friend has allowed you to take this response.
