I had an amazing treatment of pico laser recently , the result is so remarkable and so noticeable right after the treatment. Yan is so professional , the numbing cream is so effective and I can’t feel any pain at all . Her instructions for after care treatment is very thorough too . I will certainly recommend to my friends and revisit again .

Booking at the salon was very easy - I called and the person I talked to was super friendly! They have a email and text system that reminds you when your appointment is which is so helpful when you’re a busy mom.
When I came in for my appointment, the whole experience felt wonderful! I was greeted with a warm hello, offered water and they even made sure the temperature of the salon was comfortable (it was cold that morning). Bella took a look at my inspiration photos and throughout the process she made sure I was happy with each step she took with my cut.

She mixes colours and highlights in the perfect shades that always complement my skin tone. Her cuts and updos are the best I have ever experienced. Since I discovered Mak in 2005 no one else has touched my hair. Bita you’re an artist!!?

I have gone to Minku twice since their grand opening to get my lashes done. Reca's skillset is exceptional. She's patient and attends to my every need. I have more hooded eyelids and therefore asked for extensions that are a bit more curly and also with a more natural-look. I’ve never had my hair done so exceptionally well. Maeve does an amazing job with my hair and styles it perfectly. If you’re looking for someone who does balayages and amazing blowouts check her out. The service is exceptional all the time at this salon and I’ve never had any complaints.

This is a little store in the New Kennedy Square shopping mall's main building, which holds many small vendors. A Chinese lad owns and runs it. She is an extremely pleasant lady. The service is good. Dress alterations are only $30. This store was opened Jun 2006. The store is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washrooms in the building. My son went to the “I’m a big kid” program to get ready for JK. Miss H and her staff put a lot of effort into instilling good habits and following rules while keeping the programming fun and engaging. His behaviour became noticeably better at home after joining the program. He’s had a very seamless transition to JK thus far and I give all the credit to Miss H and her staff for preparing him! For anyone who has a child not going to daycare, and want to prepare for JK, I would highly recommend this program!
Dr. Jonathan Tai is an exceptional and very professional dentist. The location is right on the Unionville main street strip which was very easy to find. The office has a unique set up which felt very cozy. The staff are very friendly and were able to answer my questions quickly and efficiently. Dr. Tai was able to get to the root of the problem for me and give me clear and concise advice on the management plan for my teeth. I will be going back for followups with him and his team!
Staff know about cruelty free products while other locations may do not have a clue! Manive (hope I spelled her name correctly) was quite helpful, and helped me to find the right products where I could not find in location close to me! This location also have a good stuck of hair color, and has many Cruelty Free products.
I have been getting my hair cut by the owner/executive hairstylist, Peter at Morph since Day 1 it was opened and I still go there.
Reason being is that Peter and his staff are hardworking. You get the service and the hair style of your choice. A few KEY points why I like Morph is that they never upsell you like other places, at least not to me. They always want to take care of my hair but will not say I need this and I need that, which I feel very fortunate.
Coz I don't want to go to a hair salon and all they do every time is to tell you to dye your hair when it's not suitable. And since Peter knows my style, every time I put in the trust and confidence in him that he will give me a nice hairstyle. He also consistently follow the trends in the hair style world and will evolve or enhance his cutting skills, so although he knows what type of style I want, every time, there is a slight change, which I luv those slight surprises coz you don't want to have the same style every single time, at least not for me, coz style changes in the span of 20 years.
It's not easy to find an excellent hair stylist who knows what I want, so I am glad I did. Peter also takes his time to cut the hair, it doesn't matter how busy it is, he will give you the fair share of time to make sure every inch and every angle of your hairstyle meets his expectations.
Peter is always very patient, very calm, very informative and also very kind. He also cared a lot about his clients, giving them honest suggestions about different hair styles and hair care treatments.
The ONLY minor issue that I have is that it doesn't matter if you make your appointment or not, it's never on time. That's a drawback when you expect to come in at 3:00 pm and you wouldn't get your hair cut by 3:30 or sometimes 4:00 pm but all is forgiven when he gives you a nice hair cut and not rush your appointment when it's my turn, so I guess, I got to be flexible but that's definitely a minor drawback.
His other team of hairstylists are also very good stylists. Each of them brings different skills and personality that there will be one that fits your needs and wants. I highly recommend Morph to anyone.

Stumbled upon this nail salon and enjoyed my experience! Linda and her husband are super friendly and accommodating as I was a walk in. Their daughter Vicky did my manicure :) I usually feel uncomfortable at nail salons but I felt relaxed and comfortable here. I did a shellac mani with design and regular pedicure for $65. They will be my go to nail salon now.
Sima and her daughter did an amazing job for hair and make up for my daughter’s first communion. Very age appropriate style. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for months now and I can honestly say they are the best! Always accommodating with appointment times, one time I broke my real nail underneath my extensions which hurt a lot and they fixed it for me. Their pricing is really good compared to so many other salons I’ve been to. The owner is very kind. I recommend this salon!
I love the foot and body massages at Markham Leisure Zone! So much so, that it is worth the 22km drive. It is clean, efficient and relaxing. Don't be intimidated by the Asian-ness. You will feel welcome and comfortable with no Asian language or cultural experience. You can get appointments quite easily to suit your schedule. I ask for Raymond whenever I can - He doesn't speak much English but does a great job understanding what you need.
