Had an issue arise with my wife’s Passat and I’m pleased to say that Catherine Wong (service manager) and Peter Tsang (service advisor) got the car looked at very fast and resolved the issue in a very timely manner and professionally with great communication to boot. My wife’s 2020 Tiguan was finishing its lease. She loved it so much she wanted another. Knowing the shortage of new vehicles I ordered a new one with Samantha at Unionville Volkswagen. Samantha kept me updated on when I should expect the vehicle. My vehicle came in right around Xmas. Unfortunately I was out of the country until February. She was able to keep the car for me until I returned. Samantha was also great help in coordinating with my insurance broker while I was out of the country.
