My provider was Katarina (Kat) and she was lovely. The work she did on my cuticles was very precise and gentle (not to mention she got all the dead stuff off which is SO satisfying lol). The quality of their work is amazing, my nails always last for as long as I want them too (before they grow out too long or I get tired of them, which is around 3-4 weeks).
