“Monday was my first time going to Fortelli Salon and Spa, and what an experience. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this salon. I moved to Mississauga a few years ago and have been looking for a new hairdresser. My last color, ( at a different salon) went horribly wrong, and my hair ended up turning purple. To cover that up she recommended red highlights which I did and I’ve been living with that for about a year. Definitely not my color. When I walked into Fortelli and met Phoenix for my consult he was extremely knowledgeable and listen to what I was looking for. He brought me back to my natural brown and blonde highlights which I absolutely love. I was there from 12:15 to 6:20 in the evening. I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone spend that much time on my hair. It turned out amazing! I brought reference pictures, and he customize my haircut, asking me questions all throughout to make sure I was getting what I wanted. At the end he did a blowout. My hair is naturally curly so I’m very excited for first wash to see how the curls react to the new haircut. Highly recommend Fortelli and especially Phoenix, he is amazing.
