Arash went above and beyond fixing my wife's laptop. Not only did he fix the actual issue, he initially directed me to contact the manufacturer to try to get it repaired under warranty through a special program that they have that I didn't know about. When that failed he not only did he fix the issue he also replaced some keyboard keys that were worn out.A+ service.I will take all my problem electronics to him going forward.
Arash made the repair experience as seamless as possible. He was even willing to pick them up to diagnose. Arash diagnosed the problems with my 2 MacBook Pro's, he kept me in loop of what the issues were. I gave the go ahead to repair, he never hinted or asked for any deposit, they were both fixed in a timely manner. Super polite person, also willing to drop them off too. I feel very comfortable to recommend Arash to anyone that needs their MacBook repaired.
