I am so happy with their service.My laptop had a serious problem and I went there at 8:30, the manager and a gentleman who was working on my laptop stood there, and worked on my system.Also, I love the diversity in Apple stores ❤️❤️ makes me feel so alive whenever I go there. I am so happy the the customer service that Apple provides, never let you down.

I brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max into this store as the phone wouldn’t turn on. They had to replace the screen in order to see if that was the issue. The assured me that if the screen wasn’t the issue, that I wouldn’t pay for that repair. Once the phone was “done” I had to wait in the store for another hour, which they actually forgot I was waiting until I reminded them and the phone was magically instantly ready. The worker said the phone was fixed, I paid for the screen repair and started to recover all my data from iCloud. Figured I’d stay inside the store just in case. Did an upgrade of Apple Watch and iPhone today. Overall, the experience is good, but ... It is always small things (buts), which prevent to achieve excellency. During my trade-in of 2 Apple old devices had to deal with 4 (!) sales associates even though the purchases of 2 new devices completed successfully, but had to go again and again with the full procedures with the 4 people working for Apple. Consider it as too much as a buying customer as there should be 1 or max 2 persons attending to the potential buyer! Overall, I have had a pleasant experience as I used Apple devices for quite a long time.
