Roman and his team with Capital Bathroom Renovations recently completed two bathroom renovations for me. Both were complete renovations. One a main bathroom involved converting a tub to walk in shower and the second a master bathroom creating a custom glass enclosed shower. All work was completed on budget and in the amount of time scheduled. Extras that we asked for during the project such as adding in a light were fairly priced. Roman's team are very neat and tidy, quiet, and respectful. We are so pleased with our new "spa like" bathrooms and the level of craftmanship.
Normally, I keep reviews short and sweet, but this one begs for a bit of backstory. We had a verbal agreement with a different vendor who ended up ghosting us. We needed our main floor bathroom completely gutted and rebuilt in under two weeks and the team at Capital Bathrooms stepped up. It's always a bit stressful choosing a company you don't know, you hear so many horror stories about shifty companies leaving homeowners in the lurch. Not Capital though. I have never had such a wonderful contractor experience (and we built our own home from the ground up!). Roman and his team are stellar examples of how all companies should be run and managed. From the very first visit to our home for an estimate to final product, communication was incredible. Our project manager Sergey has become almost like family to us - his professionalism, attention to every detail, and managing the project is second to none. We quickly learned that if Sergey was on the job, things would get done - and get done well and quickly. The quality of workmanship was also second to none - we had another contractor in the house at the time and they even commented on the quality of the work. We were so happy with how well Capital Bathroom did our main bath, we quickly engaged with them again to do our bath in our downstairs suite. Yet again, Capital blew us away. I cannot begin to express our gratitude and confidence in the team at Capital - the second project was done even faster than the first and they took care of everything - soup to nuts. I have absolutely no hesitation when I say that Capital performed far above and beyond any expectation we had and I can't wait to get them back to get moving on our laundry room project. Communication, price, quality and respect - you won't find anyone better. Thanks guys - we're so grateful for your hard work and love love love our new bathrooms.
