We couldn't ask for a better contractor. Sergiy did a bathroom renovation for us and it was done beautifully. He was very reliable and answered any questions we had within a reasonable amount of time (even before he started the job). He made us feel that a job well done was important to him. As a result, we will definitely be calling him again for any other jobs and we highly recommend SPOK Home Renovations.

Sergiy and SPOK are exceptional. I contacted SPOK to do a bathroom in my house, and the job just wrapped a couple of weeks ago. Sergiy came by to review the job and he offered insightful recommendations. He provided a written quote later that week, and we set the time for the job. He kept in regular contact with us as the job approached, showed up on the planned date, and actually wrapped the job two days early (quoted at two weeks, finished on the Wednesday). His craftsmanship is amazing, and he left our house clean each day. As others have noted, he was exactly on budget and there were no surprises. On time, on budget, amazing work. What more could you ask for?! I will most definitely be bringing Sergiy back for more work in our home. Thank-you Sergiy!!
