“Great service and fair pricing - I am impressed with this company from start to finish of the job required -Heidi at reception was super responsive and kind , Tyler who came out to check and give us the estimate efficient , not pushy no overselling just down to earth business and again kind , Matt and Rob who did the install , super friendly , obviously knowledgeable at their trade , efficient , clean and tidy and again kind . And then Nick who came back the next day to deal with our complaint of a superficial noise we noticed was eager , helpful knowlegible , solved the issue easily and stayed kind the whole way . I’d highly recommend these guys. Oh and I should mention Tyson , the boss man , I only dealt with him via email but he too kindly dealt with all my email questions . Some other companies could take some pointers from whomever does Purdys HR , they’ve sought out a great team of professionals , kindness goes a long way“

“Had a tech (Lukas) come by to troubleshoot some quirky behavior with the furnace operation. First and foremost, Lukas was very professional and overall pleasant to chat with. He answered some questions I had without hesitation. He went over the diagnosis and while the potential long term solution requires waiting on a part replacement, he was able to point out other factors that could be causing the issue and resolved them.“

“Great honest service. They went out of their way to make sure I had heat over the weekend until my parts came in on Monday. They dropped off space heaters and checked to make sure my gas fireplace (that we don't use often) was safe to use for the weekend. As promised they were back again Monday afternoon with parts and my furnace was up and running. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.“

“Nottawasaga Mechanical is truly the expert HVAC company to hire in South Georgian Bay. We unreservedly recommend them.We completely modernized a century home installing state-of-art HVAC technology. However, nothing worked! After 8 unsuccessful service calls with installing firm & another well-known HVAC company, we brought in Nottawasaga Mechanical (NM) to fix the many issues. NM's professionalism and competence was readily apparent. They identified multiple issues & were able to fix them all. New boiler had contaminated water because previous company did not sterilize or filter, many pipes were incorrectly hooked up, settings were improper, household water temperature set too high potentially scalding, no insulation, no room thermostats for temperature control, etc. Boiler was running very high all the time & useful life of this expensive system was being significantly compromised. It should be noted our installation was complex; it required serious problem solving to identify correcting measures. Perhaps other 2 HVAC firms would have been fine on a simpler install, but we required the expertise of NM. Should you be lucky enough to get Josh & Curtis who were as charming as they were expert, you will be very pleased. We are very grateful we can get rid of wearing coats & toques inside next winter.“
