Frank did an incredible job on my vehicle and the customer service was the best I’ve ever received.My situation was a rodent nested in my car. Not a pretty situation however, Frank spent all day with it and made sure it was done right. On top of this he also applied a lubricant to the undercarriage of my car that I didn’t have the tools to apply myself.Overall the best service and a great price and I can’t thank Frank enough. Last week I went to Costco to get my summer tires replaced and ran into some problems, culminating in needing a new set of tires. I went to momo's repair shop to get a second opinion. Dan, one of the mechanics at momo's, was prompt in assessing my tires and assured me that my current ones met safety standards. Finally found my new salon! My family moved to the niagara region a few years ago and I was driving back to my old salon. I finally decided it was time to find one in Niagara and I'm so glad I settled on Industry.
My hairdresser was Blossom and she did an amazing job! I was getting quite a bit of hair cut off, so I was able to donate and the salon took care of that for me.
My daughter also got her hair done at Industry a couple weeks later. She was also able to donate her hair. Her hairdresser also did beautiful work! So happy we found Industry!

I've been trusting Carol at Classics Hair Salon now for maybe the last 20 years. I still remember how awful it was going to one of those chain haircutting places and always getting some new stranger that never seemed to really care. Used to go to the House of Lords in Toronto which was kind of trippy but still not very personal. I've always been satisfied with the job Carol does and now that I want to keep my hair long, Carol was able to layer it and teach me how to maintain the curl.

We took our toddler (almost 3) here for a haircut and it was awesome! Cute decor but more importantly by far the best quality cut he's had (other salons like Great Clips have given him a pretty bad, uneven cut and he wasn't even squirming very much at all). Tracy was super patient and gave him a really nice haircut, and a lollipop after :) They're apparently quite popular for young children (and I can see why) but note that they are licensed to serve alcohol and are right next door to a sex toy/lingerie store.

I've been going here for about a year and can't say enough good things about it!! Can always get an appt, even last minute and the service is excellent. Sarah usually does my nails and she's so sweet and does a great job every time. I just came back from getting a pedicure and wow! I recently injured my right foot and ankle and made it clear to not move that foot around or do any scrubbing on it and Vivienne was soooo gentle and careful, giving me a soft massage and helping me place my foot where needed and helping me down the step. Again, can't say enough about how much I love going here. ☺️
Nail artists are really skilled. The shape and profile definition was perfect. The grinder got me a little, but of nothing that will leave me wounded for days. The price is high for an acrylic fill at $45, that's normally $25 at my local salons in Merritton. They took me in with no appointment and were very efficient. If I could afford it it would be my regular salon.

Okay, I’ve never wrote a review before but I have never been so impressed by a Lash extension establishment like I am with this one.For starters, the lashes itself are great quality and feel very light on the face. I’ve had places where the lashes feel like plastic or they are all clustered together. The techs there really know what they are doing, and are very transparent about the size, length so there’s opportunity to express preference.One thing I will say is that they are very very busy…and I wouldn’t blame them, this is a great business but not a place where you can walk in and get a full set or fill. I highly suggest pre booking ahead. The lady’s that work there are so kind and their services are worth booking ahead for.Lastly, the atmosphere of the shop and even when the lashes are being done is a very therapeutic vibe and I just wanted to point that out.Side note: the lash soap they sell works well, don’t have to use a lot on a spoolie, and it really helps with the lash retention (getting rid of the natural oils and stuff)I hope this was helpful to people who are inquiring their lash extension services.Service: Eyelash extensions

So we just had a carpet cleaned at Alexanian’s. I never really thought to take my carpet in and have it cleaned, as I thought it would probably be pretty expensive, so we called ahead to get a price and it was a great price. My carpet looks brand new! A new carpet would’ve cost us so much more, triple the price in my case. Great Job, we are very impressed.
A very complex job with results beyond our expectations! The old floor was extremely unlevel and covered with different flooring materials. Jürgen's team removed the old flooring and levelled the space - a real work of art that involved removing 3 levels of floor and subfloor in certain places. The attention to detail was truly impressive! The new hardwood is beautiful and the finishing perfect! The team were a real pleasure to work with and Jürgen was always available to problem solve and make suggestions. We have had so many compliments on the new floor and would highly recommend!

We had JCL install under counter lighting a few years back. They did a professional job. Fast forward to last month. They did a major upgrade and repairs to the wiring on our aunt's 75 year old home. The crew were excellent. On time daily, professional and no request was too much trouble. This is our third project by Jeremy and The Innovative Group. We had 2 small bedrooms and bathroom converted into a Master Bedroom with ensuite and walk in closet, requiring removing a load bearing wall and adding a beam, plumbing, hvac, electrical, insulation, drywall, flooring, tile,paint and new windows.
Jeremy and his whole team of skilled professionals were amazing from start to finish with work ethics that are rarely seen! They were totally honest, respectful of our home while we were living there, provided a detailed payment plan, on budget, kept the work area as clean as possible and explained every step, making sure we were happy with everything.
The finished project is more than we hoped for and we couldn't possibly be happier! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jeremy and his team for any project and will only consider him for any projects going forward!

Ryan and his company were perfect. They adhered to the timelines, did beautiful, precise work, communicated clearly and were really nice. Oh and the price was great.
