From start to finish, our experience with InspireClean Niagara was nothing short of amazing.When trying to book an appointment, Erin, was patient, understanding, knowledgable, listened to my needs, and booked an appointment when I needed it even with short notice.I can not express how wonderful the two ladies were that came to our unit to clean (Jenny and Shelby). These people are fantastic. I needed someone to clean my home right away because we had a death in the family and guests were coming over the house to pay there condolences and the house was a disaster..I picked up the phone called Inspire Clean and they accommodated me right away…..the ladies they sent me bent over backwards for me ❤️so I just want to say thank you so much you are the best and a lifesaver, and the people that came are amazing so thank you. ✌️

Overall, she did a great job. Please note, for fan cleaning, it’s not wiping. Just dusting, according to the staff. I will have to wipe all fans by myself.. anyone who needs fan cleaning, please keep this in mind.We purchased post-reno cleaning and added cleaning inside the cabinet, fans, and bathroom.I paid over $400. I should have added the extra window cleaning… It was just a surface wiping but the staff was kind enough to wipe inside of few windows.I give 4 stars because initially it was two ppl cleaning but the associate manager left to do another job and only one staff ended up cleaning everything from the start to the end.
