“This place was awesome from when I was given the time of arrival (2 hour window). The technician that came was polite at the door told me the company name and his name and handed me their business card.He asked me if we have had this type of cleaning done before "steam". Explained that it's actually hot water extracting spraying a cleaner on the carpet & upholstery ahead of time then going over it with the machine. He showed me the dirty water at the end before dumping it down the toilet. Would HIGHLY recommend them .“
