“This is a TRUE review of Jay and Steam Kleen. Our cleaning needs weren’t for regular maintenance, we had a very unfortunate coffee spill on our light coloured stair runners. We really thought that we’d have to replace the runner, but decided to try Steam Kleen based on reviews.This HONEST review will be updated with pictures, but let me say for now that this company is 100% reliable and committed to customer service and satisfaction.The stain from the coffee appeared gone after the first cleaning. Unfortunately, it came back. Jay honoured his work and returned to touch it up. Again, it looked perfect when he left, but it came back again (much lighter, but still obvious). True to his guarantee, Jay returned a third time.The stain is now MUCH MUCH better and is almost gone. Jay and Steam Kleen will be coming for what will no doubt be the last time to finish it.This was a VERY bad stain on multiple stairs.I have pets and have used multiple steam cleaning companies before for simple maintenance, but none compare to Jay’s service.This is a company that cares about their customers. Anyone reading this would be foolish to choose another company who would probably not reply after you have paid them. Even more important is that after the last visit, Jay reached out to me first to make sure that I was satisfied.Thank you, Jay. “When Robert Russell from Paul Davis arrived on my doorstep in October, I was surprised to see such a young Project Manager, but he completely exceeded my expectations. After a complete and thorough examination, he informed me of the terrible water damage. Water had leaked from the third floor bathroom and seeped through the walls down to the ceilings and walls on the two floors below.In no time at all, he arranged for various work crews to tackle the various problems, including ensuring the walls and ceilings were completely dry before repairs could begin.I was very impressed with the very professional and efficient way that Robert Russell handled every step of the recovery and restoration.
