Over the last 30 years I’ve used Custom Door & Lock Services a couple of times. The first time was about three decades ago when I had a replacement door put in, and later they came out to do my locks.
Most recently I was looking to replace my tired old lock which had seen better days. I tried looking online for a replacement but came up empty, so I gave Custom Door & Lock a call. Doug answered, listen to me, describe my issue and ask for help or if he could sell me a lock, and he had said that those locks are now obsolete. Custom Door and Locks came recommended by another locksmith who did not have the blank I needed.
They worked really hard at finding the right blank and finishing it to my satisfaction.
During all this time, they were friendly and polite to deal with and stood behind there product 100%
