Steve is definitely an amazing locksmith! Dedication, expertise and timeliness are all the values that one would wish for in a locksmith. He has all these attributes! This weekend I had difficulty locking our door and when I called A-Ok, they answered right away. Steve came as soon as he could and in fact updated me regarding his scheduling all the way until he reached our door. This actually surprised me! He is truly a gem in our city! We certainly appreciate his professionalism, promptness and his friendliness!Thanks again Steve!

I called to see if they had the lock core that I needed. Once I sent them a picture of what I needed they said they have a replacement part and it just so happens that they were already in my neighborhood and delivered the part for me within about 10 minutes, I wouldn't expect the same service next time, but it was still nice. The person I talked to was polite and informative giving me some tips when I go to reinstall the part and explaining to me about why I should upgrade some other parts, they also text to be back a little while later to make sure that everything went well, which I appreciate.From what I can see from prices on the internet the parts that I got were...read full review

Called this morning, amazing response and service. Great price needed a new lock with installation and extra keys made. No hassle, from initial phone call with accurate estimate to job done in under an hour. Would highly recommend and while I did not use them for an emergency situation, given their response time and up front confirmation I was safe and not in any emergency, will definetly keep their number close by.Andrew
