525 King St E, Toronto“Bay Cat and Dog has been our vet through three dogs: a cute Corgi cross, a brooding Rottie cross, and our current dog - Rico, a Mexi-Mutt that was brutally beaten as a puppy. He's not the most trusting guy but the staff and vets at Bay C & D treat him with kid gloves. They are professional and efficient but they go way beyond that. Their affection for their patients is visible and very, very much appreciated.“

You can tell that Dr. Eve and her entire staff really cares for the animals and provides exceptional care for them. Dr. Eve even did diagnostics for our cat and did not charge us to provide us some answers and solace.Thank you all so so much!“

Bradley was loving and loved . I miss him in a way that I am lost for words. My home is so very quiet without him. Coming home, and not to be greeted by Bradley, is difficult.Your thoughtfulness made this horrible experienceeasier to bear.“

320 Richmond St E #108, Toronto“My first time needing a vet for my mini Dachshund and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this clinic. Right from the initial phone call inquiry, speaking with the office manager, (who was extremely informative and patient) she understood that my beloved doggie was in a lot of pain, not walking or eating and she made sure that he could be seen the next morning. Upon my arrival in the office it was busy, but being run very efficiently and smoothly.Dr. Oscar was informative, kind, and understanding. Even though the office was very busy, he spent a lot of time with me, answering all of my questions, going through a book and diagrams and explaining different options for IVDD.I was impressed by his transparency in the breakdown of all the prices , walking me through everything on the computer screen, and working within my budget, which I greatly appreciated. He called me the next afternoon with the results from the tests that were conducted, and again spent a while speaking with me, answering all my questions, explaining the test results, the medication required, and next steps very thoroughly. This will definitely be our veterinarian going forward! ??“

“During my co-op term and volunteering time I was able to experience and learn about the veterinary field, something I was very interested as a highschool student who was unsure on what to study after graduation. The doctors, vet technicians and animal care assistants were very open to any of my questions and also made me feel involved through learning activities. For example, during my volunteering in the summer they made some demonstrations to teach us how to properly handle big, small dogs, and cat patients to assist the vet technicians. And we would occasionally shadow the doctors in their appointments and help if needed and if the client was okay with it.I also took my dog, Bruce, to this clinic and the team was very caring and thoughtful, I consider the doctors to be very trustworthy and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone, especially students wanting to get involved in the veterinary field“
