I had the most incredible experience at this facility that is a secret tucked in a corner. I do not usually review a medical facility but this surpassed my expectations. The Dr., The staff and the experience was professional, personable and amazing.I am truly grateful that they are a stones throw away.A love note from JaxThank Rouge River Animal Hospital staff for making me feel good again. Staff were lovely but the main vet was quite confrontational and rude to her own colleagues. Be advised that they are also against feeding pets anything except big brand processed/commercial foods.

Rating vets are really tricky!I will navigate objective and subjective but just like ice cream not everyone enjoys pistachio flavour.Cleanliness of centre: 5*Parking of plaza: 5*Receptionist(many): 5* all very friendly and caring, all also young which is interesting Receptionist Cat Kenzie: 5*, she is so cute and fat from me giving her too many treatsCommunication: 4*, they will call and prefer to speak directly to you. So unless requested, they do not email results. But ask them anything and they will double check for you.
