They are some robbers to just bill you for something that you didn't even request, They billed me for a service that I have never requested I called three times they told they did by mistake but still send me the bill again and again. they came to fix my water heater they told there is a problem with pump and I have to pay $950.00 to change the pump. I called for another technician who told me it is not related to the pump he changed something for just $200.00 and fixed the problem. please be careful not to fall to their trap.

I had a Reliance technician coming to my house to perform maintenance on my furnace. After being there for 2 minutes, he concluded there is a crack in the heat exchanger. Without checking for gas leak, he shut down the furnace and left us (2 elderly people) with no heat (it was snowing that night). Next morning we had a Reliance Sale person coming to give us an estimate for a new furnace. After being there 30 seconds, he concluded we have replaced both - the furnace and the A/C as well. The estimate was $12 449 + HST. The technician that I hired from another company checked the furnace and said there is NO CRACK in the heat exchanger and I ABSOLUTELY DON'T NEED TO REPLACE MY A/C. Meantime, it cost me $4200 to replace my furnace. In conclusion, both, the technician and the sales person are crooks and the whole company is a completed FRAUD!!! DO NOT EVER USE RELIANCE!!!
