Slow kitchen drain in house, Richmond Hill. Mike took my call right away, and patiently explained options. Dispatched Shervin, who checked entire flow from kitchen sink to where piping leaves the house....snaked and replaced affected pipe, tested, confirmed fixed. Shervin left area as clean as when he arrived, he did a great job. Mike treated me properly, charged fairly, and responded/resolved very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use again, but hopefully not anytime soon LOL.
Imagine it’s a Saturday night and there’s a backflow of water filling your bathtub. We were in a state of panic. There was no time to ask for referrals or recommendations so we called whatever local numbers. I can see now that Cirton Plumbing & Drains has 240+ great Google reviews. We really lucked out and can add to that list. The call was promptly returned on Saturday night and they help walk us through to settle the problem for the night. The service tech arrived promptly at 10am on Sunday. The service was fast and reliable. Mike and his team at Cirton are great to deal with. Highly recommended!
Service was excellent and very thorough, with staff working diligently and very effectively to ensure the best possible assistance. Overall satisfaction could not be higher. Highly recommend. Will definitely be calling back for any future services!
