We had tried to get other plumbers to come to Deep River. Either we got no response or was told it would take 2 weeks before a plumber was available. Called 4th Gen Plumbing 4:30 on Wed. afternoon and Shane was here in less than 2 hours. He replaced the defective valve, checked out other areas of concern and offered good advice. Very knowledgeable and personable. Would highly recommend him.
Absolutely amazing service, had a toilet issue and they were here so fast and got the problem fixed and also rectified an issue caused by someone else who claimed to be a plumber. Always go with the professionals. Thanks again!
We had just moved into our new house and came home to find a water leak in the basement. Called Shane first thing the next morning and he came over right away and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty pump. Shane sourced the part and did the install the next day! No more issues and we couldn’t be happier with his work. Great guy who takes the time to explain everything, does what he promises professionally and on time.
