I found them to be friendly and professional. We are having them install a propane furnace and they gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. They were also able to help us arrange the propane tank as well. Thanks to Pete and the staff for a job well done.
These guys are awesome. Even though he was backed up, he gave me excellent pointers over the phone to how I can troubleshoot my own furnace. No one does that for you anymore. Great custom service
No heat or hot water. Pete came out within hours of calling. He quickly assessed our boiler combi furnace problems. He and staff helped navigate the warranty process and the replacement install went smoothly.
