I've had an incredibly positive experience dealing with the team at Morrow's Plumbing TWICE this season - once for a leaking check valve (froze over the winter) and then again for a busted (by tree roots) sump pump ejector line. Both service calls were to a water-access only seasonal cottage. I was able to easily coordinate with Laurie (scheduling) to provide photos of the issue (helping with diagnostics and ensuring the team was prepared to complete the repair on the initial service call) and to schedule a convenient time for the repair to be completed, (she even asked if I wanted to try and schedule an emergency "1-day service" option) but as I was driving up, we...read full review

This was a great experience. We had plumbing problem on a weekend when we had lots of guests. The on-call person responded right away and came to the cottage within the hour. He resolved the problem very quickly.

Returned home on Thursday to find no water in our home, the breaker for the well pump had tripped making us suspicious our well pump may have failed. Tried three businesses in town that were either too busy, unavailable or not interested in helping us out. Called Morrow’s, spoke with Lori, who told us someone would be out to our place first thing in the morning. Friday morning Kelly arrived and determined it was our well pump. We have a ground source heat pump that uses our well water to heat our home. By early afternoon, Kelly returned with his crew and the well pump was replaced.
